ST01

Location: Sant Elm, Mallorca
Date: 2020

A complex of 20 homes is organised around a series of stone “ribs” that fragment the compositional axes and order the ensemble. These elements introduce privacy, character, and a continuous rhythm that defines the reading of the blocks.

The volumes shift between one and two floors, generating voids and counterpoints that allow for sea views. On the steep topography of Sant Telm, the architecture adapts to the terrain, making it an active part of the project. A complex where repetition is interrupted to give way to the landscape.
