A development of detached homes in a Palma neighbourhood, conceived around the creation of a shared green heart. Each home has its own garden, patio and swimming pool, but it is in their sum that the development finds its meaning, generating a large central space of continuous greenery.

Surrounded by narrow streets of low houses, the project adapts to the scale of the surroundings by means of a contained rhythm of roofs and slight setbacks that free up space and allow the whole to breathe. The architecture is defined by simplicity and purity, with a sober presence that insinuates more than it shows. A silent ensemble that builds the city from the inside.
